1. Introduction

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the maensa-premium-collection.ro website, which is owned and operated by S.C. PROBIM CONSTRUCT S.R.L. operating under the brand name MÆNSA PREMIUM COLLECTION. By using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Ordering Process

Customers can place an order through the website by selecting the desired products and proceeding to checkout. Once the order is received, the company will confirm availability and provide an estimated delivery time.

3. Payment

Payment can be made through the website using a credit card or other accepted payment method. All prices listed on the website are in EURO, and the payment will be made in the romanian currency Romanian Leu(RON) at the B.N.R. exchange rate from the date of the transaction. All taxes are included in the price of the products, with the exception of transport and installation fees.

4. Delivery

The company will deliver the purchased products to the shipping address provided by the customer. Delivery times may vary and the company will provide an estimated delivery time at the time of order confirmation. The company will not be liable for any delayed deliveries.

5. Returns and Refunds

Customers may return a product within 14 days from delivery with the mention that the customer will lose the counter value of the advance invoice representing 50% of the product value. The company MÆNSA PREMIUM COLLECTION will arrange for the return shipping with a fee, depending on the area from where the returned products will be picked up. The packaging of the products and the preparation for transport will be carried out by MÆNSA PREMIUM COLLECTION. If the products to be returned are damaged by the client, the return of the products is refused. Upon delivery of the purchased products, a document will be signed in which the buyer will present his agreement that the purchased product, following a detailed visual inspection is in accordance with the customer’s quality requirements.

6. Warranty

The company provides a warranty on all products for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. We want to specify that all our products should last a lifetime with proper care and maintenance from the customer. For the maintenance of the purchased products, the customer will take into account the type of materials that were used in the production of the products and the characteristics of each type of material.

7. Limitation of Liability

The company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or the products sold through it.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of the website, including text, images, graphics and software, is the property of the company S.C. PROBIM CONSTRUCT S.R.L. operating under the brand name MÆNSA PREMIUM COLLECTION and is protected by copyright laws.
